User Registration – Only administrators can add new users

To allow the user to register on your site, please turn on the options “Anyone can register” in your WordPress setting. WordPress comes with built-in functionality to manage user registrations. By default, it is turned off but you can easily turn it on.

Please Navigate to Dashboard
1. Go to Settings
2. General
3. Membership
4. Check Anyone can register.
